**FN Marketplace — Terms of Service**
Effective upon purchase. Please read carefully before completing your order.
**1 — Digital goods & all sales final**
All products sold on FN Marketplace are digital goods. Due to the nature of digital products, **all sales are considered final** unless explicitly covered by a warranty as described below.
**2 — Instant delivery Purchases**
Orders fulfilled via **instant delivery carry no warranty and no refunds**. By selecting instant delivery at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.
**3 — Secure delivery warranty**
Orders fulfilled via **secure delivery** include a **36-hour warranty** starting from the moment the account is delivered to you. The warranty period begins at delivery and cannot be extended.
If the account is recovered by the original owner within 36 hours, a replacement of equal or greater value will be provided.
Warranty claims must be submitted within the 36-hour window via the Discord support channel.
Claims submitted after the warranty period will not be honored under any circumstances.
**4 — Account security requirements**
Upon receiving your account, you are **required **to complete both security steps outlined in the official guide at guide.fnaccounts.com/guide. You must also submit your first recovery request well within the warranty window. Failure to follow these steps may void your warranty eligibility.
**5 — Screen recording requirement**
A screen recording demonstrating that both security steps were completed correctly is mandatory proof for all warranty claims. You must begin recording before starting the security process. Claims submitted without valid screen recording proof will not be processed — no **exceptions**.
**6 — Resubmission & pullback protection (Applicable to Secure Delivery)**
A **pullback **occurs when the original account owner submits their own recovery request to Epic Games. To protect against this, you must keep your own recovery request active at all times by resubmitting every 48 hours. Failure to maintain this schedule may result in account loss that is not covered by warranty.
**7 — Refunds & store credit**
In eligible cases, refunds may be issued as **store credit** rather than a direct payment reversal. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase and does not expire. Refunds are only available for secure delivery orders and only within the applicable warranty period.
**8 — Chargebacks & disputes**
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in a **permanent ban from the platform**. If you have an issue with your order, you must contact support first. Most problems are resolved quickly. Do not initiate a dispute through your payment provider before reaching out to us.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above. These terms are subject to change — the version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
