Digital Product Notice
All products sold by FN Marketplace are digital goods delivered electronically.
All sales are final once delivery has been completed.
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer traditional returns or cash refunds.
Delivery Variants & Warranty Coverage
Instant Delivery (No Warranty)
Accounts purchased under Instant Delivery are delivered immediately and may have an active recovery request at the time of purchase.
By choosing Instant Delivery, you acknowledge and accept that:
• The account may have a pending recovery request
• Recovery-related issues are the buyer's responsibility
• No warranty or pullback protection is provided
• No refunds or store credit will be issued for recoveries or pullbacks
If you want protection against recovery-related issues, you must purchase Secure Delivery.
Secure Delivery (36-Hour Warranty)
Accounts purchased under Secure Delivery include a 36-hour limited warranty against verified pullbacks.
To qualify, you must:
• Complete all steps of the 3-Step Security Guide immediately after delivery
• Provide full proof of completing each step
• Open a support ticket within 24 hours of delivery
If all requirements are met and the account is pulled within 24 hours, a full store credit refund will be issued.
Failure to complete any required step voids warranty eligibility.
Warranty Limitations
The 36-hour warranty applies only to Secure Delivery purchases.
The warranty does not apply to:
• Claims submitted after 36 hours
• Accounts modified, shared, or resold
• Buyer-caused security breaches
• Platform enforcement actions
• Accounts purchased via Instant Delivery
Responsibility transfers fully to the buyer after the 24-hour warranty window expires.
Store Credit Policy
All approved refunds are issued as store credit only.
• No cash refunds
• No payment reversals
• Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value
We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet strict verification standards.
Disputes & Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first will result in:
• Immediate service restriction
• Permanent denial of future purchases
